NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Independent School District No. 739 (Kimball) shall perform a public accuracy test of the optical scan voting system to be used in the District’s November 3, 2009, general and special election. The test shall be conducted at: School District Board Room, 100 Hwy. 55 West, Kimball, Minnesota on Thursday, October 22, 2009, at 2 o’clock p.m. Interested individuals are authorized to attend and observe.
