Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a conditional use permit by Lori Smith, Sioux Falls, S.D., within the requirements of Sections 4.8 and 7.29 of the Stearns County Land Use and Zoning Ordinance #209, to site and construct a single family residential dwelling in an Agricultural 80 (A-80) zoning district. The property is the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 15, lying southerly of 180th Street and easterly of 38th Avenue, Fairhaven Township (122/28). Notice is further given that the above hearing will be held Thursday, May 17, 2007, beginning at 7 p.m. in the County Administration Center, 705 County Board Room 109, St. Cloud, Minn. A copy of the proposed request is on file in the Stearns County Environmental Services Office, County Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minn., and can be viewed during regular business hours.
