Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct a public hearing to consider a rezoning request submitted by Joe and Dorothy Wolter, Sartell, Minn., to rezone approximately 112 acres from an Agricultural 80 (A-80) zoning district to an Agricultural 40 (A-40) zoning district. The property under consideration is part of the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, lying northerly of 197th Street and both easterly and westerly of Eden Road, Section 5, Maine Prairie Township (122/29). Notice is further given that the above hearing will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2007, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the County Administration Center, 705 Courthouse Square, County Board Room 109, St. Cloud, Minn. A copy of the proposed request is on file in the Stearns County Environmental Services Office, County Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minn., and can be viewed during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date, either in support of or in opposition to the request.
