Legal Notice Planning Commission Public Hearings Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct certain public hearings as follows: 1. To consider a one (1) lot plat entitled “Schmidt Homestead” submitted by Delores Schmidt, South Haven, MN, according to Stearns County Ordinance #230. This property is zoned Residential 5 (R-5). The 6.57-acre plat is in the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 lying southwesterly of County Road 44 and northerly of Eaglewood Road, Section 5, Fairhaven Township (121/28). 2. To consider a rezoning request submitted by Adam Molitor, Jennifer Wettstein and David and Marlene Molitor, Kimball, MN, to rezone approximately 10 acres from the Residential 5 (R-5) zoning district to the Residential 10 (R-10) zoning district. The property under consideration is Lot 1, Block 1 and Lot 2, Block 1 Cobblestone Terrace, lying easterly of 93rd Avenue and southerly of 155th Street, Section 26, Maine Prairie Township (122/29). Notice is further given that the above hearings will be held on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004, beginning at 6 p.m. in the County Board Room, County Administration Center, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minn. A copy of the proposed requests are on file in the Stearns County Environmental Services Office, County Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minn., and can be viewed during regular business hours. All interests persons are invited to attend said hearings or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date, either in support of or in opposition to the proposed requests. Written testimony should be submitted to the Stearns County Environmental Services Department, Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, MN 56303.
