Legal Notice PUBLIC HEARING FOR VARIANCE – 7:30 P.M. TUESDAY, JULY 6, 2004 A public hearing is scheduled at 7:30 p.m.Tuesday, July 6, 2004, for a variance on the set-back from the private easement road, “Aspenwood Road.” Carla Havlorson wants to put a roof over part of an existing deck on the front of her home at 6564 Aspenwood Road, Section 7, TWP 121N, Range 28. The deck is 43 feet by 12 feet, and the proposed screened-in portion will be 16 feet by 12 feet. Presently, the deck is only 60.5 feet off the private easement road, “Aspenwood Road.” The overall size of the deck will remain the same; a roof is being constructed and screens added to the front of the home on the east end of the deck. Fairhaven Zoning Ordinances Section 504.3.a has a 65-feet set back distance for local streets, and this variance is 4.5 feet from the required set back. Submitted by Ruth B.
