Legal Notice PUBLIC HEARING FOR VARIANCE – 7:45 P.M. TUESDAY, JULY 6, 2004 A public hearing is scheduled at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2004, for a variance on an accessory building by Steve Hutchins, 13603 46th Avenue, South Haven, Minn., Section 4, TWP 121, Range 28. Mr. Hutchins wants to build an accessory building on his property 46 feet by 24 feet by 8 feet, which is 1,104 square feet. The Fairhaven Zoning Ordinances Section 504.11.A.1 presently limit the size to 900 square feet, according to the lot size. This structure is going to be located on the back of this lot about 40 feet from the lot on the west property line. This variance is for 204 square feet larger than is presently permitted. Mr. Hutchins is also putting a home on this lot, and the size of the home is 42 feet by 36 feet. Submitted by Ruth B.
