Public Notice for City of Watkins Public Hearing June 22, 2020

PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Watkins Board of Adjustments shall hold a public hearing Monday, June 22, 2020, at 7 p.m. at Watkins Village Hall, 110 Central Avenue South, to consider the following variance application:

1. Lawrence L. Flaschenriem
et al., 509 3rd Street South, Watkins
MN 55389. An application for a variance to construct an addition at 401 Veterans Drive, Watkins MN 55389, with a 4’ rear yard setback and a 5’ side yard setback in the B-2 Highway Business District.

The Watkins Board of Adjustments will hear all interested parties at this time. A meeting of the Board of Adjustments will immediately follow the public hearing.

Alternative meeting format:

If this public hearing and meeting are not possible due to COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing and meeting will be held via teleconference at 7 p.m., June 22, 2020. Dial-in information will be posted on the City’s website at www.
