Exciting news! EVC4P invaded the local SAIL class at the Eden Valley Community Center the morning of Friday, March 28, to enlist their help in drawing the winning raffle ticket for the beautiful quilt on display.
The quilt was created by area quilter and artist Bonnie Smith. She donated the quilt to be used as a money-maker for the Carolyn Becher Scholarship Fund, as part of the EV-W School and Community Art Show, sponsored by local non-profit EVC4P.
Lona Brutger won the quilt, and $1,090 dollars were raised for the Carolyn Becher Scholarship Fund.
