Request for Proposals South Haven Municipal Liquor Store

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SOUTH HAVEN MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STORE VACANT BUILDING

Proposals will be received and publicly reviewed by the City of South Haven, Wright County, Minnesota, for the renovation or demolition of the former South Haven Municipal Liquor Store. Proposals must be mailed or personally submitted at the office of the City Administrator, 521 Oak Ave, P.O. Box 97, South Haven, Minnesota 55382, (320) 236-2424, on Tuesday, the 1st of March, 2016, by 2:00 P.M.

The property features an approximately 8,500 square foot commercial lot with 79 feet of street frontage on Oak Avenue S, one block south of Highway 55.  The building on the property covers 3,000 square feet but is in need of renovations before use. The full Request for Proposals, including the Structural Engineer Report, may be obtained at the office of the City Administrator.
