The family of Virgil and Beverly (Arens) Rettig of Eden Valley would like to announce the 50th anniversary of their parents. The Rettigs were married June 26, 1954, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Watkins. A mass honoring their anniversary will be at 10 a.m. Sunday, June 27, at Assumption Catholic Church in Eden Valley. An open house will be held from 2-6 p.m. Sunday, June 27, at the Manannah Shelter. The event will be hosted by their children and spouses: Kathy and Dale Mausehund, Diane and Wally Eisenschenk, Sherry and Harlan Odegaard, Jim and Roxie Rettig, David and Nancy Brinkman, and grandchildren. No cards have been sent.
