Robert Cooper of Fort Atkinson, Wis., died Monday, Aug. 13, 2007, at St. Mary’s Hospital. He was 78.
Private services were held.
Robert B. Cooper was born Feb. 20, 1929, in Kimball to John and Lyda (Paddock) Cooper. He is a 1946 graduate of Kimball High School. He had a passion for cars and collecting them.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents; son Robert B. “Bob” Cooper Jr.; two brothers; and three sisters.
He is survived by children Michael Cooper of Logansport, Ind., Jennifer (and David) Price of Etna Green, Ind., Denys (and Don) Hoholik of Manistique, Mich., and Julie (and Richard) Buss of Grafton, Wis.; grandchildren Selena (and Jeremy) Sitkoski of Manistique, Mich., Christopher (and Elsa) Price of San Jose, Calif., Robert K. Price of Fresno, Calif., Matt Hoholik of Manistique, Mich., Sara Buss of Minneapolis and Cory Buss of Grafton; great-grandchildren Nicholas, Isabel, Aiden and Zoe; brothers David (and Jo) Cooper of Kent, Wash., William Cooper of Kimball and Jack (and Thelma) Cooper of Indianpolis, Ind.; sister Elizabeth Mike of Ypsilanti, Mich.; other family and friends from Fort Atkinson.
