Ronald Wills of St. Anthony Village died Monday, Feb. 9, 2004, at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. He was 64. Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Kimball with Pastor Jerry Albert officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Kimball Cemetery. Ronald Everett Wills was born March 12, 1939, in Oregon City, Ore., to Everett and Lillian (Johnson) Wills. He lived most of his life in the Twin Cities area. He was an attorney and later chairman of the board of White Investments. Wills was a member of MENSA and the University of Minnesota “M” Club. He was very active in the Democratic Party, and he created five national programs as a member of the U.S. Small Business Council. Wills was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Ramona Johnson. He is survived by his son Shawn (and Nina) DeCoster of Hot Springs, Mont.; and sisters Marilyn Claire of Black Canyon City, Ariz., Helen Clark of Edina, and Joanne (and Richard) Cramer of Mora.
