On Sunday, July 29, from 2-8 p.m., the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, along with the St. Cloud Police Department, Melrose Police Department, Avon Police Department, Albany Police Department and the Cold Spring Police Department conducted a Safe & Sober speed saturation. During the saturation, 91 speeding citations, one driving after suspension citation and 12 written warnings for speed were issued.
