Col. Lloyd Scheeler has completed real estate brokerage school at ProSource Educational Services in Bloomington, and has passed the Minnesota Real Estate Brokerage examination on Monday, April 21. He plans to form his own company of qualified and experienced auctioneers that specialize in selling real estate by the auction method. Col. Scheeler has been an auctioneer for the past 27 years selling farm, home, estates and also real estate sales and has had his real estate license since 1984. He is a 1971 graduate of Kimball High School and a 1977 graduate of Reisch Worldwide College of Auctioneering of Mason City, Iowa, placing in the top 10 students in a class of 127. He graduated from Ridgewater Community College of Willmar with a diploma in Insurance Claims Adjusting in 1999. Col. Scheeler, his wife Deanna (Saukkola) and three sons are lifetime residents of the Kimball area.
