Cooperative Resources International (CRI) has awarded Shelby Shiefelbein of Kimball, a $750 scholarship. The agricultural holding cooperative offers the scholarship program annually to help empower youth to pursue careers in agriculture.
Schiefelbein is the daughter of Don and Jennifer Schiefelbein. A 2014 graduate of Kimball Area High School, she is now attending Texas A&M University, pursuing a degree in animal science.
Applicants for the CRI scholarship must be pursuing a degree in an agricultural field and actively involved on the dairy/ranch of a member of GENEX or AgSource (parts of CRI).
