Because of Matt Serbus’s resignation from the Kimball School Board, the Board is seeking individuals who are interested in serving until December 31, 2005. At the next general School Board election, which will be in November of 2005, the seat will be up for election for another two years of service to finish Mr. Serbus’s four-year term. The appointee must meet the following eligibility by State law: o You must be at least 21 years of age. o You must be an eligible voter in the district. o You must have been a resident of the Kimball School District for at least 30 days prior to the appointment. (The appointment will take place at the regular board meeting on Tuesday, August 10, 2004.) If you are interested, you will need to complete an application that will be available at the District Office after Monday, July 19, 2004. You can call our office at (320) 398-5585 and one will be sent to you, or you can pick one up in person. To be considered for an appointment, your application must be in the District Office by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, July 30, 2004.
