Schultz is national champ

?ÄúMonster?Äù Mike Schultz competed Saturday, March 25, in the International Paralympic Committee Noram event, and he took first place. Sunday, March 26, he competed in the World Para Snowboard U.S. National Championship, and also won gold. Both competitions were in Copper Mountain, Colorado.

In the two days of competition, there were eight other snowboarders utilizing BioDapt prosthetics designed and built by Schultz.

 

Schultz?Äôs 2017 competitive season ended this past weekend. Schultz has been selected for the U.S. Paralympic team to compete in 2018 in PyeongChang, Korea. 

Schultz, a KAHS alumnus, has several medals (most of them gold) in Motocross, Snocross and Boardercross.
