On Thursday, Feb. 13, Adam Schwarze officially announced his candidacy for the United States Senate, vying for the seat being vacated by Senator Tina Smith. A decorated Marine and Navy SEAL veteran, Schwarze brings a lifetime of service, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to the values that make America strong.
“I was already planning to run for U.S. Senate to replace Tina Smith’s radical voice in Washington, but today, with the good news that she is not running for re-election, I want to alert my fellow Minnesotans that they have a real opportunity to elect a common-sense, proven leader – one who puts people before politics, and solutions before soundbites,” Schwarze said.
A warrior-scholar with a distinguished career defending America abroad, Schwarze has also been a relentless fighter for the people here at home. His record of standing up to government overreach and exposing corruption – especially within the Biden administration – has made him a champion of accountability and transparency. He is running for the U.S. Senate to restore trust in government, secure America’s future, and put Minnesota values back at the forefront of leadership.
“Consumer prices continue to skyrocket for Minnesotans, and there’s mounting evidence that our tax dollars have not been put to good use. Of all the missions I’ve led as a Navy SEAL and Marine, this is the most important mission of them all – for our community, our state, and our country,” Schwarze continued. “I have spent my life defending America from enemies abroad, and now I’m stepping up to defend our freedoms, our economy, and our way of life from failed policies and political extremism. Minnesotans deserve leadership that is principled, -values-driven, and determined to make a difference.”
As a candidate, Schwarze will focus on policies that strengthen America: securing the border, revitalizing the economy, supporting law enforcement, standing up for parental rights, and ensuring the United States remains the world’s leading force for freedom and prosperity.
