Seeking leadership material

·

All boys need to work on improving their leadership qualities. Many boys do not want to be leaders, but may someday have a vocation which forces them to be a leader. What better way than to experience leadership than joining the Boy Scouts of America?

Recently Rachel Yenko-Martinka, Crow River District Director, and Scoutmaster Bill Liedman made a Scouting presentation to fifth-, sixth-, and seventh-
grade boys. Many of the boys were excited. A few told us that their parents wouldn?Äôt let them join. Why would a parent not want their boy to become a better leader?

A meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, at the Kimball Rod and Gun Club. Bring your son, and have him experience the leadership that makes Scouting what it is. The cost of joining is paid completely by the Aluminum Can Trailer recycling. Come and experience the fun. You are not obligated in any way if you decide not to join.
