At about 1:38 p.m. Monday, July 8, the Stearns County Emergency Communications Center received a call of a delivery truck that had rolled on its side about 3 miles west of the city of Elrosa.
Stearns County Deputies responded to the scene and found a 2015 Ford Transit van with minor damage tipped on the passenger side in the south ditch.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Morgan John Kuepers, 28 of Rice. Kuepers was not injured.
Further investigation determined that the Ford Transit van had been travelling eastbound on 310th Street when Kuepers had pulled over onto the shoulder of the road too far and the van rolled onto its side.
