The 6th annual Buddy Walk sponsored by Arc Midstate will be Saturday, Aug. 14, at Sauk Rapids Municipal Park. Check-in begins at 10 a.m. The walk is held to raise funds and promote awareness of people with special needs including Down Syndrome, Autism, Fragile X, Asperger’s, and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome/Effects (FAS/E). A picnic will follow the walk. Enjoy music, dancing, food and fun. Prizes will be awarded to the top three pledge-gatherers.
