The meeting was called to order by chair Schreiner at 6:00 p.m. with all board members present. The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all.
Motion by Davis, seconded by Waldorf to approve the agenda as amended. Chair Schreiner added a closed session for board discussion. Motion Carried.
Board members each had an opportunity to ask principal Widvey questions related to his interest and abilities to fill the position of Interim Superintendent.
Motion by Meyer, seconded by Davis to close the meeting at 6:47. MC
Motion by Meyer, seconded by Becker to re-open the meeting at 7:06. MC
The board informed and congratulated Mr. Widvey that they unanimously agreed to allow negotiations with him for the Interim Superintendent contract.
Motion by Meyer, seconded by Davis to adjourn at 7:10 p.m.
