The Church of St. Anthony in Watkins invites you to a day of food, fun and fellowship at our parish festival, “St. Anthony’s Family Fun Fest” Sunday, Aug. 24. St. Anthony’s is located just off of Highway 55 in Watkins. The festival will start at 10 a.m. with a polka Mass featuring The Nite Owls. A pork chop dinner will follow, from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children ages 6-12. Children age 6 and younger eat free. There will be activities and entertainment for children and adults throughout the day. A silent auction will begin at 11 a.m. and conclude at 4:30 p.m. All bids are final. There will also be a cash raffle with a grand prize of $2,000, plus additional cash prizes totaling $4,000. This Sunday, come celebrate with the Church of St. Anthony.
