Reinhardt Maurer, Ronald A. Nelson, Judy A. Nelson, husband and wife, and Ronald A. Nelson and Judy Ann Nelson, Trustees of the Nelson Family Trust, and any other persons claiming an interest in the  real estate described herein,

Defendants.

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:

You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorneys an answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above named Court, within twenty (20) days after the service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service.

If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

You are further advised that this is an action to determine adverse claims to the following described real estate, situated in the County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, to-wit:

That part of Lots 13 and 14, Block 1, and of Outlot A of Clearwater Harbor, and a part of Government Lot 5, all in Section 32, Township 122 North, Range West, Stearns County, Minnesota, described as follows: beginning at the Southeast corner of said Outlot A; thence North 34 degrees 04 minutes East 130.78 feet; thence North 80 degrees 50 minutes West 178.11 feet to a point on the West line of said Outlot A; thence along a tangential curve concave to the South, having a radius of 495.00 feet, a central angle of 10 degrees 18 minutes thence Westerly along said curve, an arc distance of 88.99 feet; thence along tangent South 88 degrees 52 minutes West 15.41 feet; thence South 06 degrees 31 minutes 14 seconds East 71.93 feet to the most Northwesterly corner of said Lot 14; thence along the West lines of said Lot 14 and 13, South 16 degrees 09 minutes 10 seconds West 25.10 feet; thence South 77 degrees 06 minutes 06 seconds East 210.79 feet to the point of beginning.
