Huschle, and all other persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, interest or lien in the real estate described in the complaint herein, Defendants. ********** THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon plaintiffs’ attorney an answer to the complaint which is on file in the office of the Clerk of the above-named court within 20 days after service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. This action involves affects or brings into question real property situated in the County of MEEKER, State of Minnesota, described as follows: Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Three (3), Township One Hundred Twenty-One (121) North, Range Thirty-One (31) West, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Lot Six (6), Block Two (2), of Rails Addition to the City of Eden Valley, Meeker County Minnesota; thence West parallel to the North line of said SE ¼ of NE ¼ 150 feet, thence South parallel to the West line of said SE ¼ NE ¼ a distance of 7.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence West parallel to the North line of said SE ¼ NE ¼ 150 feet; thence South parallel to the West line of said SE ¼ NE ¼ a distance of 183.5 feet; thence East parallel to the north line of said SE ¼ NE ¼ 150 feet; thence North parallel to the West line of said SE ¼ NE ¼ 183.5 feet to the point of beginning. (TRACT A) AND That part of the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 3, Township 121, Range 31, Meeker County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block Three, RAILS’ ADDITION TO EDEN VALLEY as of public record, Meeker County, Minnesota; thence on an assumed bearing of S 0°20’18” E, along the West line of said Block Three, 249.19 feet to the Southwest corner of said Block Three; thence on a bearing of S 89°51’30” W, along the Westerly extension of the South line of said Block Three, 100.00 feet; thence on a bearing of N 0°20’18” W, 124.19 feet; thence on a bearing of S 89°51’30” W, 75.00 feet; thence on a bearing of N 0°20’18” W, 125.00 feet to its intersection with the Westerly extension of the North line of said Block Three; thence on a bearing of N 89°51’30” E, along last said line, 175.00 feet to the point of beginning. (TRACT B)  NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the object of said action is to obtain a judgment declaring that Plaintiff, Jennifer L. Montanez is the owner in fee of the property described above as TRACT A and that Plaintiffs Lyle L. Meyer and Diane H. Meyer are the owners in fee of the property described above as TRACT B, and that the Defendants, and each of them, have no right, interest, or lien in or upon the said real estate.
