NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct a public hearing to consider a twenty-seven (27) lot plat consisting of 24 lots intended for residential dwelling purposes and 3 lots intended for non-residential dwelling purposes entitled “Marty View” submitted by Louis Kunkel and Laura Kunkel, Kimball, MN, according to Stearns County Ordinance #230. This property is zoned Rural Townsite (RT). The 37.95-acre plat is part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 lying easterly of County Road 8, within the Townsite of Marty, Section 4, Maine Prairie Township (122/29). Notice is further given that the above hearing will be held on Thursday, April 15, 2004, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the County Administration Center, 705 Courthouse Square, County Board Room 109, St. Cloud, Minnesota. A copy of the proposed request is on file in the Stearns County Environmental Services Office, County Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minnesota, and can be viewed during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date, either in support of or in opposition to the request.
