Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct certain public hearings as follows: 1. To consider a rezoning request submitted by Donald and Corinne Froehling, Watkins, Minn., to rezone approximately 80.0 acres from the Agricultural 80 (A-80) zoning district to the Agricultural 40 (A-40) zoning district. The property under consideration is located in part of the NW 1/4 of Section 30, lying both northerly and southerly of County Road 149, Maine Prairie Township (122/29). 2. To consider a rezoning request submitted by Jason and Jill Beck, Kimball, Minn., to rezone approximately 24.87 acres from the Agricultural 80 (A-80) zoning district to the Residential 5 (R-5) zoning district. The property under consideration is located in part of Government Lot 7, Section 36, lying westerly of Badger Road, Maine Prairie Township (122/29). Notice is further given that the above hearings will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 17, 2004, in the County Board Room, County Administration Center, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minn. A copy of the proposed requests are on file in the Stearns County Environmental Services Office, County Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minn. and can be viewed during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearings or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date, either in support of or in opposition to the proposed requests.
