Legal Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct a public hearing to consider a rezoning request submitted by Brent and Christine Nehring, Kimball, MN, to rezone approximately 40 acres from an Agricultural 80 (A-80) zoning district to a Residential 10 (R-10) zoning district. The property under consideration is the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, lying northering of 120th Street and westerly of 103rd Avenue, Section 9, Maine Prairie Township (121/29). Notice is further given that the above hearing will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2007, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the County Administration Center, 705 Courthouse Square, County Board Room 109, St. Cloud, Minn. A copy of the proposed request is on file in the Stearns County Environmental Services Office, County Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minn., and can be viewed during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date, either in support of or in opposition to the request.
