Last Wednesday, Sept. 21, ferociously churning storm clouds passed over our area. These clouds produced straight-line winds and tornadoes causing damage in 17 suburban Minneapolis communities after they passed over us. This photo was taken by Linda Eisenreich from her home near Powder Ridge just north of Kimball; she caught the tail end of the storm as it passed. With all the storm-related news across the state and country, we were indeed blessed that this storm only dumped us with rain and a bit of hail. Thanks, Linda, for sharing the great photo.
