Legal Notice
Section 4. Summary Publication. Upon approval by at least 4/5th of all the members of the City Council, the Council determines that the following summary clearly informs the public of the intent and effect of this ordinance and authorizes the publication of the summary in place of the entire text thereof:
Ordinance No. 2024-11, An Ordinance Adopting 2025 Fee Schedule, is hereby adopted this 12th day of December and effective January 1st, 2025. A copy of the full ordinance is available at City Hall during regular business hours.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Watkins this 12th day of December, 2024.
