Barbara Janski of Buffalo and Arlyn DeBruyckere of Hutchinson are area teachers among 130 state teachers who have accepted nominations and completed the required candidate materials to become eligible for 2007 Minnesota Teacher of the Year. The 2007 Minnesota Teacher of the Year will be announced Sunday, May 6, at The Northland Inn and Conference Center in Brooklyn Park.
