A very special “Thank You” to everyone who attended the Kimball United Methodist Church Ukrainian Dinner Wednesday, May 11. We enjoyed preparing the Ukrainian meal, and we appreciated the donations of food, decorations, and especially gifts of money that will go directly to the Ukrainian people.
A special thank you goes out to Jean Matua for donating authentic Ukrainian eggs for the silent auction.
We were fortunate to have a young Ukrainian couple share a meal with us, too. She said, ”Minnesota is such a warm, giving community.”
We pray for peace in Ukraine.
