Thank you to those who took time out of your busy schedule to donate at the Watkins blood drive. The units collected mean that up to 156 lives may be impacted. It was nice to see so many familiar faces, new faces, and three first-time donors.
Thanks to those who advertised this drive: Tri-County News, EV-W Voice, churches, marquee, and local businesses. Thank you to St. Anthony Parish for the use of their facility, and to all the volunteers: those who readied the hall before and after the drive, and to those who registered the donors or worked in the canteen. All of you made a difference in saving lives.
