Thanks for Holiday Train support

A huge thank you goes out to everybody who made our Holiday Train event possible Saturday evening. Many hours of planning and preparing go into holding an event such as this. Without the generosity of our community, it would not be possible. I would like to thank the following community members and organizations:

Ed Borman

Nicole Pilarski

Kimball Area Chamber of
Commerce

Kimball Lions Club

Kimball Kruisers 4-H

Kimball Area Ministerial
Association

Kimball Area Schools Choir

Dennis Loewen

Betty Lou Hoeft

Arnold?Äôs of Kimball

Heritage House of Kimball

Hendricks Bus Service, Inc.

Triple R Grill & Bar

Tri-County News

Mark Renn from MnDOT

Jennifer Schiefelbein

KLFD Radio Station

Harvest Bank

(If I forgot anyone, I apologize.)

Thank you to everyone who came out and donated food, money, or toys to the food shelf and the Lions. A total of 915 pounds of food was collected, and $4,500 was donated by Canadian Pacific Railroad employees. These donations will be used to continue to help the 50-60 families our local food shelf serves each month.

My family is so blessed to be a part of such a generous, caring community.
