Rockville County Park & Nature Preserve and Spring Hill County Park will temporarily close to the general public during a special turkey hunting opportunity for disabled persons.
Rockville County Park will close for general use during the hunt from April 12-18, 2017. Spring Hill County Park will close
April 14-May 3, 2017, for the hunt.
Midwest Outdoors Unlimited is hosting this special hunting opportunity for people who have a disability. Hunters were selected through a random drawing conducted by Midwest Outdoors Unlimited. The mission of the group is to provide outdoor recreational activities for Disabled American Veterans, disabled individuals and disabled youth in Minnesota.
