There will be a variance hearing for Brice Greene, for a lot size variance at 17002 Danzig Road, Kimball Parcel #R20.11368.000 – Sec. #24 Twn. 122 Rng. 029. They are requesting a variance to allow them to divide their property into two parcels. One parcel will not meet the township requirements. This hearing will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007, at 7:30 p.m. The said hearing will be held at the Kimball Area Fire and Rescue Hall, 300 N. Elm St., Kimball.
