PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
A request has been made by Thomas Krupke for a variance to allow for a 26?Äô x 38?Äô parking garage to be placed with a setback of
41?Äô from the center of East Shore Drive rather than a 63?Äô setback from the center of East Shore Drive as set forth in Stearns County Ordinance No. 439. This would be encroaching by 22?Äô into the road right-of-way. The property address is 19433 East Shore Drive, Kimball, MN 55353.
The hearing will take place before the Maine Prairie Planning Commission at the Maine Prairie Township Hall, 7551 Dellwood Road, Kimball, MN 55353 at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 11, 2017.
