Vivian Lennox of Richfield died Sunday, Aug. 1, 2004, at the N.C. Little Memorial Hospice in Edina. She was 78. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 5, at the Kingston Apostolic Lutheran Church with Rev. Orval Wirkkala officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Annandale, and one hour prior to services at the church. There will be a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Vivian Leota Lennox was born Dec. 24, 1925, in Cokato to Elmer and Esther (Kline) Dorman. She married Orville R. Lennox Aug. 13, 1946, in Litchfield. Vivian was a homemaker. Vivian was preceded in death by her husband Orville Nov. 17, 2002; infant son and daughter twins; and brothers Claren and Garfield Dorman. She is survived by her daughter Sheila (and Doug) of East Bethel; sons Robert of Washington state, Bruce (and Marilyn) of Apple Valley, Brian (and Julianne) of St. Louis Park; nine grandchildren: Sean Daly, Kathy Daly, Allen Lennox, Jean Marie Lennox, Joel Dahlheimer, Jody Schoenecker, Kelly Lennox, Micah Lennox and Travis Lennox; four great-grandchildren; Jennifer, Ryan, Sarah and Justin; brothers Vernon (and Betty) Lennox, Lester (and Bertha) Lennox, Kenneth (and Doris) Lennox; and sisters Iona Funk and Doris Larson. Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. Music for the service will be provided by organist Beth Wirkkala and soloist Diana Ashwill.
