The Arthritis Foundation is looking for people to fight arthritis by taking part in the 2007 Arthritis Walk. This annual nationwide event raises funds and awareness to fight the nation’s leading cause of disability, arthritis. The St. Cloud Arthritis Walk will take place on Saturday, April 28, at CentraCare Health Plaza. This event is a non-competitive 1-mile or 3-mile course to accommodate all levels of fitness. Arthritis or chronic joint symptoms are very widespread, affecting 70 million Americans or one out of three adults and approximately 300,000 children. Last year, more than 200 walkers showed their support and raised more that $15,000.
