Watkins Board of Adjustments hearing July 28

PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Watkins Board of Adjustments shall hold a public hearing Tuesday, July 28th, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at Watkins City Hall, 111 Central Avenue South, to consider the following variance application:

1. Louisiana Pacific-Watkins, 510 4th St N, Watkins, MN 55389. An application for a variance to construct 2 additions at 510 4th St N, Watkins MN 55389 with a building setback of less than seventy-five feet as required by the Watkins Zoning Ordinance, Article XX, Section 20.07. 

The Watkins Board of Adjustments will hear all interested parties at this time. A meeting of the Board of Adjustments will immediately follow the public hearing.
