Watkins Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice

PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Watkins Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing at Watkins City Hall, 111 Central Avenue South, on Monday, March 7, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Conditional Use Permit application from Adam Jade Ventures, Inc., 2031 Edgewood Court, Chanhassen MN 55317. The application for a Conditional Use Permit is to operate a state-licensed assisted living facility. Property is located at 341 4th Street North, Watkins. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the application will be heard at this time.
