Saturday, Dec. 12, starts with the annual Watkins Lions sponsored Santa?Äôs Workshop, from
9-11 a.m. Children can shop for gifts for just $1. This is at Watkins Village Hall. This year?Äôs play, performed by the Watkins Theatre Group, starts at 1 p.m. ?ÄúFurless Christmas?Äù will be performed upstairs at the Watkins Village Hall. There is no admission, but food shelf donations will be appreciated.
Santa will arrive after the play and will be available for photos. There will be drawings for prizes for the children. Afterward, everyone is invited to the Watkins Skating Rink for hot dogs, hot chocolate, and sleigh rides (sponsored by the Windy River Percherons).
