Watkins Senior Citizens plans their Valentine?Äôs Day Party at the St. Anthony Manor Thursday, Feb. 9. Social time is at 11 a.m., and serving a roast beef dinner at 11:30 a.m. The cost for the dinner is $5 for members and $6 for non-members. We will crown a king and queen at that time.
