Ridgewater College will host its annual Welcome Day open-house style event for new and returning students on both the Hutchinson and Willmar campuses from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24. Welcome Day offers students a chance to take care of any last-minute tasks before the first day of school. Some of the things that students may want to do include getting their student ID, obtaining a parking permit, finding classrooms or advisors, buying books, or just getting some general information. Open houses will be held in many campus offices, including Trio, Financial Aid, Registration, Academic Support Centers, Career Services, Counseling, and Student Senate.
