Why should you attend a DU Banquet?

·

Ducks Unlimited (DU) projects have protected communities, agriculture, homes, and even lives from the destructive impacts of flooding, erosion, and severe weather. Communities throughout North America use -DU-conserved wetlands for recreation, hunting, education, and improved quality of life. On-the-ground conservation work is DU’a top priority. It takes dedicated teams of passionate conservationists to make this happen. By attending a DU banquet, you can also help.

In Minnesota alone last year, $5,911,982 was raised with banquets and major gifts. This includes 2,613 volunteers, 47,374 members, sponsors, and donors who help make this happen. If you can’t attend a banquet this year, please plan on attending next year. Make conservation a priority.

The 16th Annual Maine Prairie Banquet will be Friday, April 14, at Kimball Legion. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with a pork chop dinner at 7 p.m. Join us for raffles, auctions, games, and cash bar. Funds raised benefit wetland conservation. Register for tickets at www.mndu.org.
