Root beer floats and prize drawings Our residents and staff have enjoyed watching our tomato plants and pepper plants grow on our patio. We have been able to enjoy the taste of fresh tomatoes and green peppers in our meals. Fresh cucumbers are ready to pick as well. Daily watering of the garden plants and flowers is a joyful activity for our residents. Our patio area is a great place for the residents to enjoy the outdoors, read a book under the shade of the umbrella, or visit with family. With the Kimball Days parade coming up this weekend, we have some residents that would like to join in with the parade. We hope to see you all there; give our residents a big wave. We will serve free root beer floats Sunday, Aug. 15, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., and we will hold free prize drawings. Stop in to take a tour of our lovely place.
