The Stearns County Sheriff’s Department responded to a one-vehicle accident with injuries at 2:01 a.m. Sunday, June 25, on 140th St. near the north edge of Fair Haven. A 2006 gray Pontiac G6, owned and driven by Randall Wipper, 35 of St. Cloud, was traveling westbound, left the road on the southside, struck a power pole guide wire and rolled several times (power was disrupted for nearby residents). His passenger, Nicholas Neuman, 21 of Sartell, was thrown from the car. Both occupants were injured and transported to the St. Cloud Hospital by Watkins Ambulance for treatment of their injuries. The sheriff’s department was assisted at the scene by Kimball Rescue Squad, Kimball Police Department and state patrol.
