Accidents with injuries

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office reported the following area accidents: • Saturday, Nov. 17, 2:24 a.m. – One-vehicle crash on Meeker-Stearns Street, approximately 4 miles east of Eden Valley. James Ronald Wendroth, 19 of Eden Valley, was driving westbound on Meeker-Stearns Street when he lost control and entered the north ditch just west of Kramer Road. He struck a field approach and rolled his vehicle – a 1995 green Ford Escort stationwagon owned by James Joseph Wendroth of Eden Valley. He was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital by Watkins Ambulance for treatment of injuries. The sheriff’s office was assisted by State Patrol, Kimball Police Department, Watkins Rescue Squad and Meeker County Sheriff’s Department. • Tuesday, Nov. 20, 6:51 a.m. – Sheriff’s office, along with Gold Cross Ambulance and Clear-  water Rescue, were dispatched to a one-vehicle rollover on CSAH 44 near 217th St. in Lynden Township. Rose Maslowski, 17 of Clearwater, was traveling westbound on CSAH 44 in a 1992 Chevrolet truck. She swerved to miss an animal in the roadway and lost control. She spun around, hit a tree and rolled over. She was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
