If all turns out as planned, the Kimball high school gyms will be swarmed with people this Saturday, March 27. What’s happening? It’s the first Kimball Business & Community Expo put on by the Kimball Area Chamber of Commerce. From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., people can visit more than 50 community businesses and organizations all in one place. There will be dozens of prize drawings, Kimball Kash give-aways, and lots of freebies. The north gym will hold the Kimball Kids Jamboree with lots of activities for children. Food vendors will be in the cafetorium. Entertainment will be on-going throughout the expo. And both parking and admission are FREE. There has been talk for years of holding a business expo like Annandale and other communities do. This year, the Kimball Chamber put talk into action. All 60 available booths have sold out, and a wide variety of businesses and organizations will be there to show off what they do. Here’s the final list of exhibitors: Alpaca Carriers, Inc.
