Dear Friend,
Over the course of the pandemic, Catholic Charities has continued to provide access to our essential services. In 2020, we served 44,251 people, bringing food, shelter, clothing, behavioral health services, and more to our neighbors.
Now that Minnesota restrictions have been lifted, and with more people in our community getting vaccinated, we want to let you know how we have continued to meet the needs of the most vulnerable and newly devastated in our community.
• After more than a year of providing walk-up services, Catholic Charities Emergency Services is excited to be opening Monday, June 14, by appointment for in-person shopping.
• Catholic Charities Senior Dining is providing home-delivered meals and will continue its frozen meal distribution, which started after our congregate dining sites closed in March 2020. We look forward to congregate dining reopening again soon.
• Catholic Charities Behavioral Health Clinic is continuing to see clients via telehealth and, as vaccinations increase, more
in-person appointments are resuming.
• If you would like additional information about these or other programs of Catholic Charities, please visit our website, send us an email at info@ccstcloud.org, or call (320) 650-1550.
Please help us get the word out by letting businesses, churches, and individuals know how -Catholic Charities has continued to help so many underserved Central Minnesotans. And please consider a donation today. Every gift makes a positive impact, helping us provide food, shelter, and more to those in need.
I am proud of Catholic Charities’ response to the pandemic. I remain in awe of the dedication of our incredible staff and community partners. We have been able to serve our clients during this difficult time and, for that, I am beyond grateful for your support.
In gratitude,
Stephen R. Pareja, Executive Director, Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud
